Dispatch Assistant – Fruit Pack House
We are seeking a reliable and organised Dispatch Assistant to join our team in a busy fruit pack house.
Key responsibilities:
* Preparing and coordinating daily dispatch orders
* Ensuring correct product, labelling, and documentation for local and export orders
* Liaising with transport companies and internal packing teams
* Maintaining accurate dispatch records and paperwork
* Assisting with stock control and cool room movements (FIFO)
About you:
* Previous experience in a pack house, dispatch, or logistics role (preferred but not essential)
* Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Basic computer skills
* Ability to drive a forklift - essential
* Forklift licence an advantage (but not required)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: $25.97 – $32.03 per hour
