What You’ll Do: Execute and evolve our global payroll strategy, transitioning offshore payrolls to a centralized global platform. Oversee end-to-end global payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely processing and compliance with all reporting obligations. Lead major payroll transformation projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and harmonization initiatives. Drive process improvements to enhance scalability, accuracy, and efficiency. Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, tax laws, and social security requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Develop global payroll policies and controls, embedding best practices and mitigating risk. Partner with senior leadership to advise on payroll implications of policy changes and strategic decisions. Manage relationships with auditors, tax authorities, and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery and compliance.
