About the Role
* Ensure operational excellence, financial performance, safety, and people leadership at our centre.
* Foster positive community engagement and high-quality programs that exceed industry standards and promote positive outcomes for all.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver high-quality early childhood services that value families and educators while meeting regulatory standards.
* Support and guide the team to execute our centre's values and objectives.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures in compliance with regulations and our centre's standards.
* Oversee service presentation standards and ensure consistency across all centres.
* Manage the financial performance of each centre, ensuring efficient rostering and recruitment aligned with business goals.
* Ensure all eligible centre funding is received, including subsidies and support programs.
Safety & Compliance
* Champion our centre's safety framework to maximise the wellbeing of children and staff.
* Proactively identify, report, and mitigate risks and potential issues.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and resolve any issue effectively.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience in a similar leadership role within early childhood education or childcare services.
* Strong financial skills, including cost accountability and reporting.
* Working knowledge of government funding and requirements.
* Demonstrated experience managing culturally diverse teams.
* Tertiary qualification in Children's Services, Education, or equivalent.
