About the Position
As a senior-level professional, you will be responsible for providing expert support to our dealership network. This includes developing tailored sales strategies, fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and ensuring seamless product development and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality support to our established dealership network
* Develop in-depth understanding of individual dealer requirements, strengths, and weaknesses, and provide actionable insights to drive growth
* Design and implement effective sales strategies, demonstrating value proposition of products
* Liaise closely with internal teams to participate in product development, marketing plans, and client education activities
* Negotiate service level agreements and generate insightful management reports
* Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure compliance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven sales experience and passion within the automotive or related industries
* Technical aptitude or knowledge of lithium batteries is highly desirable
* Previous exposure to dealership or franchise networks
* Demonstrated ability to craft compelling sales plans and understand individual customer needs – solution selling
* Ability to travel nationally and attend trade shows from time to time
