The opportunity
Based in the Brand, Content & Digital team within the Group Corporate Affairs & Sustainability (CAS) function, the Digital Content Manager will create, manage and deliver high‐quality external digital content for QBE's Australia Pacific (AUSPAC) division. The role focuses on B2B and B2B2C audiences, supporting brokers, commercial clients and the Elders Insurance business.
You will work closely with Business and Marketing teams to plan and produce both strategic and tactical content that supports business growth and strengthens QBE's brand and reputation within the AUSPAC division.
Your new role
* Developing and executing content strategies aligned to brand, marketing and business priorities.
* Translating strategic priorities into proactive content and campaign initiatives that support business growth, brand and reputation.
* Creating and managing a diverse content pipeline of website and digital content, including articles, webpages, videos and social media posts.
* Collaborating with CAS, Business and Marketing teams to align global goals and local execution.
* Writing, editing, producing and reviewing content to ensure brand tone, editorial quality and consistency.
* Supporting stakeholder engagement, writing and editing content and managing content approvals across multiple channels.
* Advising internal teams on content planning, campaign development and communications best practice.
* Navigating complex topics and translating them into accessible, audience‐relevant content – particularly for broker and business audiences.
* Delivering regular reporting and insights to demonstrate the impact and value of content.
About You
To be successful as the Digital Content Manager you will have extensive experience in digital content that is delivered with a strategic mindset. Experience in the insurance or financial sector is highly desirable.
* Strong proactive, relationship‐focused approach with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and strong writing and editing expertise.
* Proven experience delivering effective B2B and B2B2C content and understanding broker, commercial and business audiences.
* Proven experience leading multi‐format digital content across competing priorities, with knowledge of SEO/AEG/GEO best practices, LinkedIn and performance metrics, and the ability to leverage AI to drive efficiency.
* Strong content writing, editing and production skills.
* Sound judgement and strong governance mindset, with experience managing reputational risk and handling sensitive content appropriately.
