Due to company growth, we are currently hiring a Settlement Lead based out of our Archer's Run Community in Morisset NSW.
Reporting to the Community Sales Manager, this role will see you lead the home settlement journey end‐to‐end. You'll be the main point of contact for customers once they have committed to a purchase, ensuring documentation, contract, dates, and expectations are managed through to settlement.

Key Responsibilities
* Guide customers through the full settlement journey, coordinating contracts, documentation and key dates
* Manage and track settlement pipelines, readiness and risks across the community
* Deliver a high‐quality customer experience aligned to the Ingenia Way touchpoints and events
* Work closely with Sales, Legal, Delivery and other teams to resolve issues and ensure compliance
* Maintain accurate CRM data, elevate risks early and support sales activity when needed
About You
* Experience supporting customers through significant financial and emotional decisions
* Ability to manage multiple customers at different stages of their sales journey
* Strong communication skills, with empathy, commercial awareness and attention to detail
* Experience managing a portfolio and delivering consistent results
* Background in property, real estate or property administration, with confidence navigating contracts and legislation
