**Your next opportunity**:
We have a great opportunity available for an experienced Asphalt Crew Member to join our Asphalt Paving Crew in Coffs Harbour NSW 2450.
This role will see you responsible for operating mobile construction equipment for road surfacing works as well as general hand labouring work.
**Your day will involve**:
- Contribute to all crew tasks as necessary to deliver a quality product in a safe environment
- Safe and efficient use of asphalt mobile plant
- Maintaining company truck and plant equipment
- Participate in site safety and business improvement initiatives and,
- Comply with Boral OH&S policy and ensure our Safety and Environmental standards are met
**What are we looking for?**
- Bobcat and / or Loader experience preferred, however, training can be provided
- A strong commitment to safety and the environment along with a superior customer focus
- General Construction Induction Card - White Card
- A current Heavy Vehicle driver's license (HR) or Mobile Equipment National Competency will be highly regarded
- Proven reliability and ability to take direction and work well within a team environment
- Flexibility to work day and night shifts as well as work away from home (location and frequency is project dependent)
