Job Title: Assistant Store Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Assistant Store Manager. As an integral part of our retail team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in achieving business objectives and ensuring excellent customer service.
* Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
* Maintain high standards of store presentation, visual merchandising, and housekeeping.
* Ensure effective inventory management and stock control.

A Day in the Life
As our Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Working closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies.
* In the absence of the Store Manager, leading the team independently to achieve business objectives.
* Overseeing daily operations, including customer service, store presentation, housekeeping, security, and stock management.
