Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. The Recruitment Officer will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
* Source and screen resumes to identify potential candidates
* Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
* Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate communication, and offer letters
* Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
* Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or demonstrated relative experience
* 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
