About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing personal care and assistance with hygiene, toileting, bathing, grooming, and other daily living activities.
* Supporting clients with mobility and transfers, as well as assisting with household duties as prescribed in their care plans.
* Offering social support activities, including transportation to appointments and various locations.
Requirements:
* A minimum Certificate III qualification in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community Services.
* Preferably 12 months' experience working in Home Care, particularly with Home Care Packages and CHSP funded care services.
* Genuine empathy with elderly clients and a passion for working within the community service industry.
