Senior Business Manager Community Services
We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Manager to lead our Community Services team. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, strategic planning, and team leadership.
About the Role:
* Drive business improvement processes
* Support Community Service Managers to meet business priorities
* Oversee a team of support staff in systems/sales intake services
* Lead continuous improvement processes to ensure compliance with Aged Care legislation
* Develop performance measures and monitor program performance
* Manage relief team resources including personnel and on call teams
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in finance or business preferably with post graduate level
* Ability to satisfy Key Personnel requirements for the Aged Care Act
* Experience in management of a health-related setting/in direct health service delivery
* Business Development experience with strong networking and advanced relationship management and influencing skills
* Highly developed judgement, personal management skills, with high business acumen
* Ability to research, assimilate and analyse complex information and use this to optimise and continuously improve business approaches and models
* Demonstrated ability to use a data driven approach to monitor performance, identify issues and propose corrective actions
* Understanding of key drivers of success within teams to enable achievement of organisational goals
* An ability to identify changing themes/trends in the service environment and work with staff and other agencies to effectively respond to these via program development and new initiatives
* Demonstrated commitment to on-going professional development
* Understanding of 24/7 service delivery options
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel
* A current driver's licence is essential and must be able to work outside normal hours as the need determines
* Involves some regional travel
* Good communication and creativity skills
