* Registration with AHPRA or ASORC
* Relevant tertiary qualification
* Passion for assisting clients through career and health transitions
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
The Role
* Deliver assessments and counselling for clients facing career changes
* Conduct assessments to guide clients toward new careers
* Collaborate with health professionals, employers, insurers, and stakeholders
* Identify RTW barriers and develop programs for injured employees
* Visit workplaces to understand challenges and educate employers
