Adecco is currently recruiting experienced High Reach & Counterbalance Forklift Operators for an ongoing role with one of our valued clients. This position offers a balance of 50% forklift operation and 50% general warehousing duties, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy both variety and hands‐on work.

Responsibilities
You'll play a key part in day‐to‐day warehouse operations, including the safe movement of palletised goods, stock management, and supporting dispatch and receiving activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate high reach and counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
* Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers
* Put‐away and retrieve pallets from high tier racking (5–8 levels)
* Perform general warehouse duties: picking, packing, stock rotation, cycle counts
* Frequent manual handling (15–20kg)
* Use RF scanners and follow WMS‐generated pick lists
* Complete basic documentation including labels, pick slips and consignments
* Maintain a clean, safe working environment in line with OHS requirements
Your Profile
* Minimum 6 months of recent high reach and counterbalance forklift experience
* Valid LF forklift licence
* Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting
* Ability to follow safe work practices at all times
* Ability to pass a drug & alcohol test
* Must not have sensitivities to chemicals or related products (exposure may occur in warehouse environment)
Shift Times:
Day Shift: 6:00am–2:00pm or 7:00am–3:00pmAfternoon Shift: 2:00pm–10:00pmNight Shift: 10:00pm–6:00am(Shift flexibility is highly regarded.)
