The Opportunity
As A Project Manager at Mayneline you'll play a key part in delivering high‐quality projects from start to finish. Working closely with experienced leaders and a collaborative delivery team, you'll be responsible for coordinating people, processes and resources to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard. You'll be trusted with real responsibility, exposed to varying challenges across each stage of delivery, and supported to build your technical, commercial and leadership capability in a fast‐paced, outcomes‐driven environment
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver project outcomes in line with program, budget, quality and safety requirements
* Coordinate stakeholders including clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams
* Manage planning, reporting and documentation to support smooth project delivery
* Identify and resolve issues proactively to minimise risk and delays
* Contribute to continuous improvement through best‐practice systems and ways of working
What we are looking for
* Demonstrated experience delivering projects in a similar environment or industry
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage costs, scope and timelines
* Excellent communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders
