Highland Recruitment is working with a long-standing local transport business to appoint an Office Administrator / Customer Service Support professional.
About the Role
This is a busy, hands-on role where no two days are the same. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling customer enquiries and processing payments
- Answering phones and taking bookings
- Entering bookings into dispatch software
- Providing relief support for the Radio Room
- Managing coach and limousine bookings, including servicing schedules
- Filing invoices and accounts
- Recording lost property
- General office administration and support for management
- Providing overflow phone support and computer assistance across the team
About You
We’re seeking someone who is:
- Confident with computers and willing to support others
- Professional with a clear and friendly phone manner
- Organised, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks
- Experienced in administration; basic accounting knowledge is an advantage
- A great team player who enjoys helping others and getting the job done
