Payroll Leadership Opportunity
As a Payroll Manager, you will deliver accurate and compliant payroll for employees. You will oversee the payroll provider with strong governance and lead payroll system changes, including testing, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with HR, Finance, and IT to streamline processes, reporting, and automation;
* Provide back-up support for payroll processing, reconciliations, and statutory reporting;
* Resolve complex payroll issues while ensuring tax, superannuation, and leave compliance;
* Manage, coach, and support the payroll team to achieve excellence;
Requirements:
* Proven experience leading payroll in a medium to large organization;
* Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, taxation, and superannuation;
* Confident communicator with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach;
* Able to balance day-to-day payroll delivery with projects and transformation initiatives;
* High attention to detail, strong integrity, and skilled at managing complex payroll environments;
