Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist to lead the support and monitoring of several clinical enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and operationally support a complex application stack, ensuring compliance with project requirements and safety engineering standards.
* Influence and provide expert technical advice to teams and key decision makers relating to the configuration and system administration of the clinical enterprise application stack.
* Work closely with teams and external technology vendors to develop, implement and integrate required changes to the clinical enterprise application stack.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated ability in configuring and maintaining enterprise systems with experience in hardware and software such as Microsoft server and SQL, Linux, VMware, Active Directory, various desktop applications and utilities.
* Extensive experience including exposure to industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Certified Network Engineer (CNE) and Certified Citrix Administrator (CCA).
* Knowledge of ITIL Service Management and Service Delivery methodology, the Prince 2 Project methodology and conceptual and analytical skills to respond to complex client business requirements.
