Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end procure-to-pay process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Lead transformation initiatives across APAC, focusing on process redesign and automation.
Monitor and improve process efficiencies, leveraging technology and best practices.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
Collaborate with other departments to optimise procurement and payment processes.
Support internal and external audits related to the procure-to-pay function.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and guide teams through change with empathy and clarity.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Accounts Payable Manager Should Have
A strong background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing procure-to-pay or accounts payable processes.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in relevant financial software and ERP systems.
A focus on process improvement and efficiency.
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
