Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairns North, QLD for a Front Office Administrator/Scheduler. The role involves scheduling appointments, managing front office operations, and delivering excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include administrative tasks and receptionist duties to ensure the smooth operation of the office, processing orders and packing for collect by couriers. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Front Office operations
* Experience in Administrative Assistance and Receptionist Duties
* Strong focus on Customer Service and client interaction
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office software
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and independently
* Experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory
