Job Description
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including diary and email management.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes.
Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Monitor and prioritise incoming communication to ensure timely responses.
Support the CEO with confidential and sensitive matters.
Maintain and update records and documentation as required.
