Lawyer (3+ Years PAE) seeking to grow a career in inheritance law
As one of WA's leaders in inheritance law, we're experiencing exceptional demand for our work. We're looking for experienced practitioners across estate planning, disputes, and administration—one role suited to lawyers with 3+ years' experience, and two senior positions for seasoned lawyers with experience across estate litigation and/or estate planning. This work is complex litigation and complex estate planning. It's commercial, human, and strategic—and it matters deeply. Responsibilities and scope
* Position focuses on inheritance law with exposure to full spectrum of estate planning, estate disputes and estate administration
* Involvement in high-net-worth estate planning, complex trust structures, estate administration, probate matters, estate disputes and litigation, and general commercial matters
