We are seeking a qualified and quality driven 
**Administrator** to represent an internationally recognised Facilities Management brand. 
This is a 
**broad **and 
**varied** position where you play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to the facilities manager and operations team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone wanting to 
**step away from a traditional admin role and develop your career with a global organisation**. 
**Responsibilities**: 
- Act as first point of contact for internal and external customers 
- Delegate and allocate work orders as required 
- Administration tasks such as work order management, raising of purchase orders and invoice processing 
- Ensure office supplies, stationery etc. are stocked and replenished 
Role requirements include: 
- **Strong experience in an administrative role**: 
- Demonstrated** high quality written and verbal communication skills**: 
- Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite 
- Strong attention to detail and someone **who pride themselves in their output**: 
- Positive team player and customer focused attitude
