What You'll Be Doing
-Overseeing day-to-day operations across all departments
-Leading, motivating and supporting staff to deliver great guest experiences
-Assisting the Venue Manager with staff training, compliance and shift management
-Being the main point of contact during shifts, confidently handling customer and operational matters
-Working across a rotating roster, including nights and overnight shifts
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar leadership role
Current Responsible Person badge (essential)
Strong knowledge of hotel operations including bar, gaming and bistro
Confident communicator with a calm, hands-on leadership style
Professional presentation with a friendly, approachable personality
