Operating at scale: 2.2B+ records in Databricks, ~170,000 shifts generated per week, 20,000+ employees supported across the US and Australia.Job Overview We are hiring an Applied Data Scientist to take ownership across the full decision lifecycle — working closely with Data Engineering (Cybertron), Product, and Engineering to design, productionize, and continuously improve real‐world decision systems.
