We are seeking motivated and
safety-focused Production Operators to join our client's 2026 intake across
their Kelso and Oberon manufacturing facilities.This role is suited to
individuals who perform well in fast-paced production environments and
understand the importance of quality, safety and consistency in manufacturing
operations. You will play a direct role in
delivering efficient production outcomes while supporting a strong site safety
culture.

Responsibilities

* Operating
production machinery and equipment in accordance with site procedures
* Monitoring
product quality and identifying faults or deviations from specifications
* Performing
manual handling and production tasks to meet output targets
* Completing
production records and documentation accurately and on time
* Maintaining
a clean, organised and safe work area
* Conducting
basic equipment checks and troubleshooting where required
* Adhering
to workplace health and safety standards at all times
* Working
collaboratively within a team to meet production and operational deadlines
* Working
across 12-hour rotating day and night shifts, including weekends

Your Profile

* Previous
experience in manufacturing, production or labouring environments
* Strong
commitment to safety and following established procedures
* Ability
to work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts
* Reliable
work ethic with the ability to perform under pressure
* Good
communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
* Forklift
licence is advantageous but not essential
* Willingness
to learn and develop skills within a manufacturing environment

* Casual employment with consistent work
