Manager, Veterinary Placements
We are seeking a professional to lead the management of veterinary placements and off-site learning across various courses.
This role involves developing and maintaining external teaching partnerships aligned with accreditation standards and strategic goals.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications relevant to managing external teaching partnerships, ideally in veterinary, agriculture, animal, or health sciences.
They will also possess experience in organisational and leadership roles, including policy development, workflow design, budgeting, and staff management.
The successful candidate will be skilled in contract and project management and administrative oversight, with a strong commitment to equity, cultural diversity and WHS principles.
In this role, you will lead strategic partnerships to enhance high-quality, off-campus veterinary learning experiences.
You will oversee quality assurance and compliance for external teaching sites, including learning experience review, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
This position requires a strong record in delivering learner-centred undergraduate education aligned with professional standards and faculty goals.
You will contribute to teaching, academic leadership, and the development of scholarly and research activities that enhance student learning.
This includes involvement in academic governance and leadership across teaching and learning initiatives.
The base salary ranges from $116,672 - $128,651 per annum, plus 17% employer's contribution to superannuation.
This is a full-time, continuing position at HEW Level 8 or ACAD C based at our Lismore campus.
