Based in Geelong, with opportunities to work in Ballarat & South West Victoria, servicing a diverse caseload.
Enjoy flexibility and autonomy, supported by a dedicated healthcare team and global resources. Your duties will include:
Case management with support staff
Applying clinical knowledge to improve outcomes
Developing injury prevention and workplace education programs
Collaborating with injured workers, employers, and health professionals
Conducting assessments like Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite & Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living.
Our ideal candidate will have:
A qualification in Occupational Therapy
Full registration with AHPRA
Strong communication skills
Excellent time management and ability to work independently and in teams
Problem-solving skills, initiative, and results-oriented mindset
Passion for injury prevention and return to work
A current driver’s license and own vehicle
