Passenger Transport Booking Concierge – Melbourne Airport
Location: Melbourne Airport (Onsite Kiosk)
Employment Type: 12–15 week contract
Hourly Rate: $35 per hour + super + applicable penalties/shift loadings
Start Date: 15 December 2025

About the Role
We're recruiting six energetic, customer‑focused Passenger Transport Booking Concierges to support a new pre‑book taxi trial at Melbourne Airport.
You'll be the first point of contact for arriving passengers, greeting them at the kiosk, helping them pre‑book taxis, and ensuring a smooth experience for both passengers and drivers. This is a highly visible customer‑service role in a fast‑paced airport environment, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, people contact and solving issues on the spot.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist passengers at the Melbourne Airport taxi booking kiosk
* Engage travellers and guide them through the booking process
* Answer passenger questions clearly and confidently
* Coordinate with airport stakeholders to support daily operations
* Communicate with drivers and support smooth passenger pick‑ups
* Record, monitor and report any driver or passenger issues in line with escalation processes
Shift Patterns & Coverage
This is a 12–15 week contract with rotating coverage. Rosters will be built around availability, with up to two concierges per shift depending on demand.
* Monday–Thursday: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm
* Friday: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm
* Monday–Friday: 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm
* Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
(Weekend coverage may shift to one longer daily shift if required — e.g., 10:00 am–6:00 pm or 8:00 am–4:00 pm.)
