About the Role
On behalf of the client, we are seeking a motivated and detail-orientated Office & Sales Coordinator. This position is ideal for someone with strong organisation skills and a passion for real estate who is eager to advance their career in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and handling clients' enquiries.
Process property sales and listings, finalise settlements, and prepare invoices for sales and marketing.
Assist in the creation of property marketing materials such as flyers and brochures.
Coordinate agency events, including annual functions and seminars.
Host weekly sales team meetings alongside the Sales Director.
Maintain accurate client and property records in the database.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently and professionally.
Support property transactions while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Identify opportunities to improve office processes and drive efficiency.
Greet and welcome clients, ensuring a professional first impression.
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or customer service role, ideally within Real Estate.
Current Sales Registration (essential).
Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in real estate software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other digital tools.
High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
A proactive, cooperative team player with the drive to grow within the business.
