The Role
The Relationship Manager (Sales) is a key liaison between the regional sales offices and the company\'s headquarters. This role is responsible for strengthening the relationships between regional sales managers and the company, ensuring the regional sales teams are engaged in the company\'s vision, goals and targets. The Relationship Manager (Sales) will also work closely with the regional sales managers to drive sales growth and optimal communication with the other departments of the business. This is for a full-time role with an annual salary base set at $80,000 plus superannuation and commission on top of annual salary base. This role will be based in their Byron Bay office.
Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact between regional sales offices and HQ, ensuring open communication and a strong working relationship.
* Foster a collaborative culture, facilitating regular check-ins both online and in person, travelling to visit these offices.
* Keep Sales Managers and their teams involved in the company\'s movements.
* Increase sales and installation revenue from regional offices.
* Drive sales performance by providing guidance, clear targets and leveraging company sales performance data.
* Analyse sales data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
* Increase sales motivation through building culture and brand loyalty.
Requirements
* At least 4 years experience in sales management, relationship management, or a similar role, preferably in a multi-regional or national company.
* Minimum 4 years experience in senior sales or sales management roles, including oversight of multiple territories or teams
* Minimum 4 years experience managing or supporting regional sales operations within energy, construction, technical products, or similar industries
* Minimum 4 years experience analysing sales performance metrics, forecasting revenue, and implementing growth strategies
* Minimum 4 years experience coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver commercial outcomes across geographically dispersed locations
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
* Proven track record of improving sales performance and driving business growth.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
* Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
* Leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate sales teams.
* Ability to travel as needed to regional offices.
