You'll deliver tailored support, build strong relationships, and help clients and families navigate challenges with confidence and care.
• Deliver psychosocial assessments and create therapeutic plans
• Advocate for clients and connect them with community resources
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary Youth Cancer team
• Support the consumer group to strengthen engagement and representation
• Provide care across inpatient, outpatient and outreach settings About You You are a compassionate and skilled social worker passionate about supporting adolescents and young adults with cancer and their families.
• Hold a social work degree eligible for full AASW membership
• Deliver psychosocial assessments and therapeutic interventions
