Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks ? Providing technical support to users via phone, email, and in person Monitoring system performance and ensuring systems operate efficiently Maintaining and updating system documentation Managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls Assisting with network administration and system upgrades Performing website design, routine maintenance, updates, and data backups Ensuring compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards Qualification & experience ? Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Certificate IV or higher) At least 2 years of relevant work experience in an IT support or technical role Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues Familiarity with IT service management systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team
