This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess excellent communication skills. As a Hospitality Host, you will be responsible for providing top-notch guest service, attending special events, and understanding daily promotions.
Main Objectives
* To deliver exceptional guest service and support Casino Hosts on days off, ensuring a seamless experience for VIP customers.
* To assist Casino Hosted guests with requests and demands, providing timely and accurate service in a high-pressure environment.
* To handle all operational aspects of the player development department, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of guest service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in the Casino or Hotel business preferred.
* Experience in casino and/or hotel environment preferred, with proficiency in systems such as CMP & LMS programs, and Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
* Exceptional guest service skills, ability to resolve stressful situations, and make sound complimentary decisions based on tracked customer play are essential.
* Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while adhering to Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
