The Role
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Sales Representative – Custom-Made Contractor to manage customer inquiries, quotes, and orders for our custom-made product range. This role is sales-focused and involves working directly with customers to determine measurements, design preferences, and product selections, ensuring a smooth ordering process from consultation to final approval.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide product recommendations.
* Conduct in-home or showroom consultations to assess measurements and requirements.
* Assist customers with selecting fabrics, styles, colors, and finishes.
* Prepare accurate quotes and process customer orders.
* Ensure all measurements and specifications are correctly recorded.
* Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service throughout the sales process.
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
About You
* Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service (window furnishings or home improvement experience preferred).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
