An iconic hospitality brand is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, on-site position with no work-from-home option. You'll play a critical role in supporting operational HR functions supporting the HR team.

Your new role
Reporting to the Director, this is a hands-on leadership role managing HR, recruitment, and training functions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Oversee day-to-day HR operations and provide strategic HR support.
* Manage industrial relations and ensure compliance with HIGA.
* Lead the implementation of a new HRIS system.
* Partner with department heads and operations teams to drive HR initiatives.
* Coach and support the HR team, including L&D, HR Advisor, and Coordinator.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience as an HR Manager within hospitality, ideally luxury hotels.
* Strong understanding of HIGA and IR management (essential).
* Experience implementing HR systems and driving process improvements.
* Ability to manage complex conversations and influence stakeholders.
