Drivetrain are seeking a Customer Service Representation to join our team in Kalgoorlie on a permanent full-time basis.
This role will serve as the first point of contact for all customer interactions. You'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and operational support in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role is central to managing inbound enquiries, supporting both internal and external sales functions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
A key part of your success will be leveraging SAP and CRM systems to monitor customer activity, follow up in a timely manner, identify new opportunities and elevate qualified leads to the business development team. You'll also contribute to the smooth running of the branch by supporting a range of operational tasks that align with broader business goals and performance targets.
This role will report to the Branch Administrator and collaborates closely with the Kalgoorlie & WA Teams.
About You
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Experience in a customer service or internal sales role.
* Strong numerical, verbal and written communication skills.
* Organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Proficient in CRM and ERP platforms (SAP, Pronto, Salesforce, or similar).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Experiences:
* Knowledge of Drivetrain, heavy vehicle, or workshop operations.
* Previous exposure with internals sales and customer service.
* Warehousing, inventory, or logistics processes.
* Familiarity with safety, compliance, and operational demands in high volume facility settings.
