We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and curious Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to join our management team and champion our food and beverage offering. 
Overview 
Coogee Common is a multi-venue hospitality group in Perth, known for evolving dining experiences and a passion for quality beverages and service. 
Responsibilities 
Experience in leading a service team with a hands-on approach 
A love of the adrenaline of a fast-paced working environment 
Working knowledge of premium food, spirits, beers, wine, and cocktails 
A creative approach to creating exceptional experiences 
Qualifications 
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced restaurant environment 
A strong knowledge of spirits, beers, wines, and cocktails 
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification 
Be comfortable behind a coffee machine 
Familiarity with classic cocktails and beverage preparation 
Availability to work most Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
