About The Property Services Team
The Property Services team delivers professional concierge and reception services, along with high-quality administrative support, across the organisation, including to research and professional groups within QIMR Berghofer.
We invite applications from enthusiastic individuals to join our front-of-house team and provide a welcoming, professional experience for all visitors in support of our important medical research work. The role is primarily focused on reception duties, including managing calls, assisting visitors and ensuring smooth daily operations at our busy reception desk. However, we are also seeking a candidate who has the potential to be trained in administrative and back-office tasks in the future, providing flexibility and opportunities for growth within the role.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors.
* Manage phone enquiries professionally and courteously.
* Assist the security team with contractor passes and parking services.
About You
* You have previous experience in a corporate reception or concierge role.
* You are personable, well-organised and take pride in providing excellent customer service.
* You possess strong communication skills and can work effectively with people at all levels.
* You are adaptable and willing to take on additional responsibilities over time.

Remuneration:
This is a full-time, permanent position. The salary is AO2.8 which is $72,124 per annum, plus generous salary packaging and superannuation options.
