You will be confident delivering quality meals to large workforces while maintaining consistency, efficiency, and presentation across every service. Experience working in remote sites is essential, with a solid understanding of rostered operations, tight service schedules, and the ability to adapt in fast-paced kitchen environments. A strong focus on food safety, dietary requirements, and team collaboration is key, alongside a genuine commitment to delivering a high standard of culinary experience for all guests.
