Role: Speech Pathology Coach - VIC West & TAS 
Location: Supporting services across Victoria West & Tasmania 
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

Responsibilities 
- Implement evidence-informed capacity building approaches to enhance outcomes for children and families within the early learning and care setting. 
- Collaborate with Centre Directors, Educators and other stakeholders to observe, identify and support the progression of children’s learning, development and well-being. 
- Engage with families to support inclusion and participation of their child. 
- Build linkages with local services and streamline referral pathways into and out of the centre. 
- Attend and contribute to Centre Team meetings and support a cohesive team. 
- Maintain regular supervision with the National Manager – Speech Pathology (or Speech Pathology, Team Leader). 
- Deliver professional development and contribute to reports, briefings and resources as required. 
- Ensure administrative requirements are met in line with Goodstart Early Learning policies and procedures. 
You’ll Bring To The Table 
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology or equivalent 
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience 
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and coaching skills 
- Solid understanding of child development (birth to 5 years) 
- Ability to document, analyse and report on relevant key performance indicators 
- Desirable: Hanen Learning Language and Loving It Training Certification
