Shape the future of travel tech — from the inside.
We're on the lookout for a commercially-minded Senior Business Analyst to help lead the transformation of a fast-paced, high-growth travel company. This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior, strategic role — one that combines classic BA rigour with real influence at the top.
You'll be the bridge between the business and engineering teams, helping to deliver a new core system that supports quoting, booking, CRM, finance, and more — all while working directly with executive leadership and stakeholders across multiple brands.
If you're a natural communicator, know how to read a room, and thrive in low-structure, entrepreneurial environments — keep reading.
What You'll Do
 * Work closely with C-level and senior business leaders to capture, refine and prioritise business requirements
 * Translate complex needs into user stories, use cases and process flows that drive system development
 * Support the delivery of a new ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) and a reimagined booking ecosystem
 * Collaborate daily with engineers, architects, and product leads
 * Mentor and uplift junior BAs; establish documentation and best-practice frameworks
 * Own the business analysis function across multiple high-impact projects
 * Engage in user acceptance testing, documentation, and training support
What You'll Bring
 * 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in fast-moving, tech-forward environments
 * High confidence in working directly with executive stakeholders
 * Strong understanding of process mapping, business case development, requirements gathering and documentation
 * Demonstrated ability to work independently, define problems, and see them through to resolution
 * Experience with ERP, CRM, or finance systems – ideally Dynamics 365 Business Central
 * Familiarity with Agile delivery in cross-functional teams
 * Professional BA qualifications (BABOK, IIBA) highly regarded
 * Experience or strong interest in UI/UX design principles and user-centered solution design is highly regarded
 * Bonus: background in travel, retail, or booking platforms
Why You'll Love It Here
This role is perfect for someone who's looking to escape the grind of metro commutes or corporate layers — and wants to own a meaningful role in a lean, dynamic business where ideas move fast and impact is real.
 * Beachside HQ: Work from a modern office just steps from the beach — great coffee, food, and surf at your doorstep
 * Career progression: Be the senior voice in a growing digital transformation team
 * Travel discounts: Save big on holidays and experiences
 * Autonomy: Solve real problems with full support from leadership
 * Ongoing development: Training, mentoring, and occasional work trips to bucket-list destinations
 * Culture: Energetic, down-to-earth team that values initiative, outcomes, and a bit of fun along the way
Not just a BA role. This is a chance to be part of a once-in-a-generation systems uplift — and to do it in a company where your voice will be heard, your experience valued, and your lifestyle improved.
