About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in logistics or courier work, preferably with at least 1 year of experience. We require individuals with problem-solving skills, attention to detail, great time management, and exceptional customer service skills with a can-do attitude.
1. Loading freight safely on site following guidelines from ANC and clients;
2. Securing loads according to ANC and client guidelines;
3. Delivering customer purchases in the last mile, focusing on delivering smiles all over Australia;
4. Providing excellent customer service, representing our organization professionally;
5. Maintaining a commitment to our safety standards;
6. Owning results from customer experiences monitored through our feedback platforms;
