About the Company
Our client is a fast‑growing global footwear brand operating under an exclusive licence within the safety and industrial space. Now several years into their journey, they've built a dynamic team of around 25 people across North America, Europe, and Australia, with a small but important base in Melbourne that reflects their Australian founding roots. Originally a purely distribution‑led organisation, they've recently expanded into direct wholesale in key markets to meet growing demand. While distribution remains central, the model is increasingly demand‑driven, manufacturing to order and partnering closely with customers and distributors. It's a fun, agile, and ambitious business that values quality, collaboration, and strategic growth, offering a rare opportunity to help shape the next chapter of their global expansion.
