**Your new role**
Your responsibility is to assist with construction administration and customer service from pre-site through to handover. You will liaise with clients, certifiers, councils and sub-contractors; professional communication is essential. Working alongside a small team of support staff you will be a team player and be someone who is happy to assist other departments in busy periods. This position is perfect for someone who is looking to stay and grow with this organisation long term. You will enjoy a high volume work load and be quite process driven.
**What you'll need to succeed**
Your recent experience as an administrator within the residential construction industry will lead to your success. Intermediate experience with the MS Office suite is essential to complete your day to day tasks effectively, it is preferred that you will have utilised construction CRM's in your previous roles. From following up with clients for outstanding documentation, to conducting general administration duties this position requires time efficiency and organisation.
