Receptionist Position
Pickerings Automotive Group in Townsville are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service focused Receptionist who will go that extra mile to assist our external and internal customers and to be a part of our dynamic Dealership team.
Is this an opportunity for you?
The environment will be fast paced and diverse, yet intimate enough so you will know the entire Dealership team. This position would be suited to a highly motivated self-starter with a passion for providing excellence in customer service by going that extra mile. With strong interpersonal skills, you will be proactive in establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships with sales and service enquiries across the dealerships. The ability to interact with customers on varied online media platforms is essential to the role!

Responsibilities
You will need a flexible nature, as you will understand that working within the Automotive Industry can often require you to wear many hats. But the reward is that you get to work within a very busy, successful privately-owned business and see real results from your efforts.
* Answering the phones, taking messages, and directing calls
* Located in Main Service department
* The first point of contact for customers on the phone
* Knowledge and experience in the Microsoft Office suite
* General office upkeep.
Opportunity to develop your Administration experience
* Sending emails and other correspondence
* Creating and closing files using our database and filing system.
* Record keeping
* Archive management
* Scanning
