What is your role?
As Senior Associate | Civil, you will play a pivotal role in both technical delivery and business leadership. You will:
* Lead and mentor a talented team of civil engineers and designers, fostering professional growth, collaboration, and a high-performance culture.
* Provide strong technical oversight across civil design and documentation, ensuring quality, constructability, and compliance with industry standards.
* Drive project delivery across all phases, from concept to construction, ensuring client satisfaction and commercial success.
* Take ownership of work winning, including project tendering, bid preparation, and pricing to secure new opportunities.
* Build and strengthen client relationships while expanding ADP's civil engineering profile in Sydney and beyond.

About You
* Experience: 10+ years in civil engineering, including leadership roles delivering medium to large-scale projects.
* Leadership: Proven ability to mentor, develop, and build cohesive, high-performing teams.
* Technical expertise: Deep knowledge of civil engineering design, project delivery, and industry standards. RPEQ is preferable.
* Commercial acumen: Demonstrated success in work winning, tendering, bid writing, and pricing.
* Collaboration: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
