Change & Communications Coordinator

- Part time 3 days a week
- 6 month contract
- South of River

About the company:
Peoplebank are recruiting for a large ASX listed logistics group who are part way through a transformation of their large Distribution Centre in Perth. The Change and Communications Coordinator role will support the Lead Change Manager on the program. This role will assist in developing and implementing communications that promote engagement, support adoption of change, and ensure clear, consistent messaging throughout the project.
The role:
Responsibilities:

- Assist in the planning and execution of change activities, ensuring they align with overall goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the creation and delivery of clear and concise communication materials, ensuring stakeholders are informed about the change and its impact.
- Assist in evaluating the potential impact of changes on different stakeholders and departments.
- Coordinate and support change workshops, training sessions, and town halls.
- Ensure seamless transition to business as usual (BAU) models, sustainability, and acceptance through robust transition plans and support.

Key experience:

- Previous experience in a change management role within complex project, program environments.
- Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques
- Strong collaborator with solid, writing, editing, and proofreading skills and experience in managing a variety of communication platforms using fit for purpose formats
- Are comfortable working in blue collar/Industrial environments and always have a commitment to safety
