Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Paralegal located near North Sydney, close to public transport. You will be responsible for assisting the team of solicitors, including document preparation, scheduling, indexing, filing documents, document management, researching, telephone assistance, working with stakeholders (counsel, experts) interacting with clients, and assisting with the smooth running of the firm and client files.
Qualifications
* 1-2 years' experience as a paralegal (preferable)
* Effective written and oral communication skills
* High level of proficiency in Mac and Windows operating systems, and Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a legal team environment
* Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Prior experience in family law is highly valued
