The Role An exciting opportunity is available for a Counsellor to join a multidisciplinary team delivering culturally safe support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men. This unique role integrates counselling with participation in the "Yarn and Cut" program, using barbering as a culturally engaging platform to build trust and facilitate conversations around social and emotional wellbeing. Full barber training will be provided. You will work closely with clients experiencing trauma, mental health challenges, and complex social issues, delivering person-centred, trauma-informed care in both clinical and community settings.
