Exciting Opportunity: Administration Officer available in the Risk Assessment team at Disability Worker Screening, Queensland Worker Screening Services.

The Administration Officer will provide professional, quality, timely business and administrative support within the Risk Assessment team. The role will undertake a range of executive support and administrative functions including meeting coordination, administration of risk assessment activities and data management. The role will assist in developing, monitoring, and evaluating systems and processes to ensure the effective operation and continuous improvement of the team's administrative processes.

The role will suit a client-focused person with high attention to detail who has experience in providing administrative support in a regulatory and/or compliance environment.

What You'll Do
As an Administration Officer, you will:

* Provide timely, high-quality business and administrative support to the Risk Assessment team including data entry and record management and general administration.
* Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining effective business support, email triage and administration processes to ensure the effective management within Disability Worker Screening.
* Provide clerical support to the Risk Assessment team including recording and distribution of mail.
* Liaise with internal and external agencies as required.
* Actively participate in establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with stakeholders within and across government and broader networks.
* Contribute to a professional environment through personal commitment to ethical behaviour, staff wellbeing, skills development, professional growth and continuous improvement.
* Maintain accurate records in the Worker Screening Unit's electronic databases, and comply with departmental record keeping, privacy and confidentiality requirements.
* As a member of the team, undertake tasks allocated by the Manager and Director in a constantly changing work environment to support innovation and efficient delivery.
